Marking of internal roads

Internal road markings apply to those areas that are not public roads and are managed by the owner of the land in question. The owner of the road is responsible for both its condition and its ongoing maintenance, as well as proper signage. The internal road is marked with the symbol D-46. Traffic regulations do not apply on it, but drivers are required to drive on it in accordance with internal road markings. Internal road markings include signs that are used on private properties, access roads and estate roads. However, there is no obligation to mark internal roads, although the presence of signs facilitates orderliness, as well as positively affects the safety of pedestrians and drivers.
